I think Dr. Seuss was a genius. Looking back, his poetry is flawless, amusing and carries more meaning than 500 page volumes. Proof: The Lorax. I still don’t understand Shel Silvertstein poems. Neither amusing, nor meaningful, at least to me. I feel like a kid left out of a secret, will someone explain his supposed genius? It’s amusing how whenever you don’t understand...
